Booking Conditions
No more than 6 adults and 2 young children can be accommodated in the cottage.
You must provide your own linen etc for persons exceeeding 6.
25% deposit with booking.
Remainder to be paid a minimum of four weeks prior to the start of the rental.
No pets are allowed.
No smoking in the cottage.
Please notify us if there has been any damage in order that it can be put right for the next holidaymakers. You will be charged at cost for repairing any damage or replacing any missing or broken items.
The rental includes all electricity, gas and water charges.
The telephone can receive calls free but all outgoing calls must be paid for.
Rental periods are Friday to Friday for weekly rentals. Short breaks normally Friday to Monday for weekend rentals and Monday to Friday for midweek rentals may be booked depending upon availability.
To allow for cleaning and repairs the cottage must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
The cottage is available from 3pm on the day of arrival.
